Targeted Advertising Content

AdWords Remarketing is a targeting service for online advertisements provided by Google. Based on previous visitor behaviour or activity, it connects the activity of browsers with the Adwords advertising network. If you would like to opt out of this type of cookie tracking please see:

…Or you can view Google’s general Privacy Policy here.

If we are required by law, we may disclose your personal information. Also, if our website or company is acquired by or merged with another company, your information could be transferred to the new owners for the purposes of selling and/or providing ongoing support for our services and products.

Please Note: We do not and will not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party organisations or companies. This restriction includes, but is not limited to strategic partners, advertisers, or vendors.

Storage of Sensitive Information

We may provide an online ‘shopping cart’ that is managed and hosted by Infusionsoft – their e-commerce platform enables us to sell our services or products to you. After using this service, your information is stored by Infusionsoft, who store all data on a Secure Server behind a Firewall.

Payment Gateway Details:
When you complete a purchase, if you choose a direct payment gateway, Infusionsoft may store your credit card details. This is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Storage of transaction data from your purchase is only stored for as long as it is required to complete the transaction. On completion, purchase transaction information is deleted. All of the direct payment gateways we use adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This Council has representatives from a group of major industry brands for example Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure that the handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers is secure.

We do not store your credit card information – the payment process is provided, managed and monitored by Infusionsoft. Please read their privacy policy, terms of service and PCI Compliance information at:

Third Party Services

In almost every case, our third party providers will only use, collect and/or disclose your data to the extent that is necessary, to allow them to deliver the services provided to us. However, some of our service providers (for example payment transaction processors or payment gateway providers) may have their own specific privacy policies, which could include the use of information that we are required to provide to them for transactions related to your purchase.

We recommend that you read the privacy policies of our third party payment gateway providers or payment transaction processors, so that you can fully understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Third Party Trading Countries

Some of our suppliers may be located in a different jurisdiction to the UK, or have certain facilities located in a different jurisdiction to the UK. If you decide to proceed with a purchase or transaction involving one of our third party service providers, your data could become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the facilities or that particular service provider are located.

For example, if you are located in Germany and your transaction is processed by a USA-based payment gateway, the personal information you provide that is used in the completion of that transaction could be subject to disclosure under the legislation of the United States of America, including the Patriot Act.

During the payment process for any of our services or products, once you leave our website or when you are redirected to our third party application or website, you will no longer be governed by this Privacy Policy or by our Terms of Service.

External Website Links

When you click on a link whilst making a purchase online, this could direct you away from our website. The privacy practices of other websites or companies are not our responsibility and we would always encourage you to read their policies and privacy statements carefully.

Data Security

We take all of the reasonable precautions we can in order to protect your personal information, following the latest industry ‘best practice’. We strive to ensure that any saved information is never misused, lost, accessed or disclosed inappropriately. If, when making a purchase, you provide your credit card details, secure socket layer technology (SSL) ensures that this data is encrypted. Although there is not currently a method of storage and transmission of data over the Internet that is 100% secure, we are guided by and adhere to the requirements of PCI-DSS (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and additionally we monitor and follow industry standard updates regularly.

Storage Cookies

Cookies are tiny files that are activated by our website and stored on your computer (or other browsing device) in order to allow preferences to be saved or interactive elements to work more efficiently. An example might be a cookie stored when you log in, so that you can have the option not to have to re-enter a username or password every time you return in the future, or a notification cookie where we display a notice with the option for a viewer to click an instruction such as ‘got it – don’t show me this again’.

Tracking cookies or ‘pixels’ help us to track and measure where our website visitors come from, or click on, so that we can improve our service (typically these are standard Google Analytics cookies only). Remarketing pixels/cookies may be used (again an example of this would be the standard, unmodified Facebook or Google code embedded within our website pages) to help with providing more customised and targeted advertising content at a later time.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Please note that we reserve the right to change or update this privacy policy, at any time. Please check or review it frequently if you have any concerns about our commitment to your privacy. When we make a modification to this policy, it takes effect immediately upon its publication. Registered users will be notified when we make any significant alteration to this statement.
