- Xero Accounting, Xero Finance Director, Xero FD, Xero Virtual FD Services
Here at Business Growth Services we provide Part-Time Xero Finance Directors, who can help business owners with their company’s growth.
Clients who are growing quickly may recognise the need to beef up their financial management capability to cope with the growth, but may not yet be in a position to need or afford a full-time Finance Director. We provide fractional services fit to what you need, whether it be project work or a few hours or a few days a month.
Our team of FD’s are qualified Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in accounting and finance. They typically have worked for big accounting firms, such as Price Waterhouse and KPMG, or as FD’s in large corporates.
Our team can manage your internal staff, help them do monthly management accounts, or do them for you. We’ll do monthly Finance reports and business owner/Board meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis. In these meetings they will explain what your financial statements actually mean and coach you on good financial decision making.
If you’re looking to grow, we’ll help you put together your finance and business strategy. We’ll translate that into forecasts and budgets to help you manage your future performance and get the results you want. As a team we have helped raise tens of £millions so can help with funding your growth plans.
If the business is distressed we’ll help you take stock and restructure if needed.
We pride ourselves on offering big firm expertise for small business prices.
As you work with our part-time Finance Directors, you will find them becoming a key part of your management team. They are there to give you advice, help you with your strategic planning, work with you on your finances and support you when there are big decisions to be made.
