A £4m Hotel Acquisition

Problem/Situation:

A client who owned a number of small hotels wanted to buy a much larger hotel which had come on the market from one of the large national chains. Independent due diligence and forecasts were required by the bank to support the application for a bank loan to finance the acquisition.

Solution:

Shaun Walsh carried out detailed Due Diligence preparing the requisite forecasts which were accepted by the bank in support of the loan.

Results:

Acquisition by the client of a new business with limited amounts of his own money.
